We talked about the Fujifilm film simulations in this episode. Here are four examples of a photo Kirk shot this week, converted using three different film simulations. The first is the default Provia; if you don't make any changes, JPEGs shot in Fujifilm cameras look like this. The second is Classic Chrome, with a muted color palette. The third is Velvia, with more saturated colors. And the fourth is Acros, using the red filter to bring out the sky. Kirk increased the shadows a bit for each of these photos to heighten the contrast.
